Responsibilities

• Lead the team when the Service Manager is not on site and ensure safety and compliance.
• Engage with customers to educate them about vehicle conditions per VIP processes.
• Strive for high SAX scores through proactive customer engagement and service quality.
• Learn and execute managerial activities and VIP processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and LMS compliance for staff; manage dispatch and workflow.
