Sierra Auto Group in Monrovia, CA is seeking a VIP Salesperson to deepen relationships with service customers and guide them through upgrade opportunities and purchases.

You will collaborate with service, sales, and finance, documenting interactions in the CRM and working toward sales, satisfaction, and retention goals. A strong communicator with CRM experience and a flexible full-time schedule including weekends is required.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to build trust and establish lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Experience using CRM software or other customer management systems preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and available to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Build lasting relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades, trade-ins, and new vehicle purchases.
• Assess customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle, budget, and driving needs.
• Maintain consistent communication through phone, text, email, and in-person follow-up.
• Deliver an exceptional VIP customer experience by providing personalized service and professional communication.
• Partner with Service Advisors, Sales Managers, and Finance to provide a seamless transition throughout the purchase process.
• Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities within the dealership CRM.
• Achieve individual sales, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current vehicle inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing programs, and dealership promotions.
