Job summary

Sierra Honda in Monrovia, California is seeking a Service Porter to warmly greet guests, assist with valet parking, and support the service department to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. across a seven-day schedule. Manual transmission experience is a plus for this fast-paced environment.

• Previous Porter experience or similar role preferred.
• Flexible schedule (Mon-Sun, 8a-8p) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick-up and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
• Fueling vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
