Eurest, a division of Compass-USA, is seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager to lead the VIP Delta Sky Club at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. This role guides day-to-day lounge operations, mentors a frontline team, and ensures service excellence, safety, and brand standards while managing budgets and guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, coordinate premium food and beverage service, and deliver memorable experiences for Delta Sky Club guests in a premium

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in food service or hospitality management.
• Experience leading teams in premium environments.
• Ability to manage budgets and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Delta Sky Club operations with focus on service excellence and budget adherence.
• Drive premium food, beverage, and hospitality experiences while maintaining standards of quality and presentation.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members to foster engagement and service excellence.
• Provide hands-on leadership across lounge operations, guest services, staffing, inventory, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless lounge operations and elevated guest experiences.
• Monitor performance, labor productivity, and service standards to drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with guests, team members, clients, and partners as a role model for brand standards.
