Eurest at Delta Sky Lounge ATL seeks a General Manager to lead the lounge operation, manage the budget, and exceed client expectations. You will build strong relationships with staff, guests, and the client, guiding the dining service in alignment with the facility's strategy.

The role requires a proven leadership record in food service, budgeting, and HACCP compliance, with experience in high-end dining. You will oversee purchasing, menus, training, and financial reporting while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years food service experience with 5 years at management level.
• Fine dining, Michelin Star, and Forbes service/leadership preferred.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and food handling
• Experience in budgeting, flash reports, financial targets and forecasts

Responsibilities

• Participate in employee meetings, reviews, and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Maintain food costs while ensuring quality standards.
• Manage financial reporting, sales reports, P&L, budgets, and cash handling.
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs.
• Establish rapport with staff, clients, guests, and departments.
• Monitor HACCP and proper storage/use of food.
