Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong CAD/D drafts experience with Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, design-for-manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Understanding of ANSI Y14.5 drafting standards.
• Ability to travel as required and work across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs complex aircraft interior monuments and mechanisms using CAD tools.
• Interprets subsystem specifications and selects suitable materials.
• Collaborates with manufacturing engineers to optimize designs for cost and quality.
• Ensures compliance with FAA requirements and customer criteria.
• Supports test setups and reports; maintains project schedules and budgets.
