Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks an experienced electrical design engineer to create, modify and review complex aircraft interior electrical systems for VIP, Commercial and Special Mission aircraft.

You will define system architecture, develop wiring diagrams, review drawings, and support FAA certification and testing. This role requires collaboration with clients, FAA designees, and vendors, with a focus on on‑time, on‑budget delivery and leadership in mentoring other engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Electrical engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a master drawing list of electrical systems drawings and documents for project level STC.
• Defines electrical system architecture development by meeting client and regulatory requirements for interiors.
• Designs wire diagrams, wire kits, and other technical documents using drafting tools.
• Reviews drawing packages and approves for release.
• Assists in verification and test procedures to comply with FAA requirements.
• Interfaces with clients, FAA designees, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
