Job summary

Springboard Community Services, Inc. is seeking a VIP Case Manager to support Violence Intervention Program groups in Carroll and Howard Counties. You will handle intakes, report to referring agencies, manage billing, collect intake and session fees, and assist with community outreach.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and experience with domestic violence, group therapy, and serving vulnerable populations. In-person work with community partners is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Experience with domestic violence, group therapy, and adverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned monthly intakes to evaluate new participants for the Violence Intervention Program groups.
• Oversee 3-4 assigned 90-minute groups weekly.
• Complete and maintain notes within 48 hours.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for referring agencies.
• Maintain documentation in confidential electronic health record system.
• Participate in outreach efforts and attend VIP team meetings.
