Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Associate degree with 3–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably working with survivors of domestic and gender-based violence.
• Experience assisting clients in obtaining public benefits and social services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to high-risk clients with complex cases, including safety planning and risk assessment.
• Advocate in accessing emergency shelter, crisis intervention, court accompaniment and advocacy.
• Assist clients navigating the criminal justice system, social services, and other systems.
