Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or two years of college with relevant coursework.
• Two years of case management experience in a non-profit setting preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour Domestic Violence training and 20 hours abuser service training (or able to complete within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and coordinate services to meet treatment needs.
• Link participants to community resources (legal, housing, transportation, etc.).
• Provide face-to-face reviews and document contacts in records per standards.
