Job summary

SAVE in Fremont, California is looking for a Community Case Manager to offer crisis intervention and case management to survivors of domestic violence. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of around 25 survivors, providing support through our Empowerment Center.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree related to human services and at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting. You will work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in case management or similar service.
• Strong understanding of intimate partner violence and its nuances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and case management services to survivors.
• Conduct sessions with survivors to identify needs and goals.
• Assist survivors in enrolling in training programs.
