Job summary

WSP is seeking a Tolling Violations Processing Manager in Richmond, Virginia to lead violations, collections, fulfillment and mailroom operations. The role directs the team, ensures KPI achievement, and interfaces with clients and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in customer service with strong analytical and communication skills, plus proficiency in Excel, Word and Access.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in customer service.
• 3+ years of management experience in high-volume operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee violations, pre-collections, collections, fulfillment and mailroom activities.
• Direct and evaluate team performance to meet KPIs.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors and service providers.
• Ensure contract compliance with third party providers.
• Develop and implement SOPs for violations/collections/fulfillment.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and reconciliations.
• Manage inventory and day-to-day operations.
