Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a Tolls and Violations Coordinator to support the Global Logistics CVO team. You will handle tolls, violations, driver inquiries, and coordinate payments while maintaining accurate vehicle records in Excel.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, with a focus on data accuracy, timely communication with executives, and adherence to DRIVEN values to support SAS mission and vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Independent with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with executives via phone and email.
• Process systems and paperwork for vehicles.
• Problem solve and assist with driver inquiries.
• Adhere to DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
• Process Violation payments online and via phone.
• Accurate and secure handling of all financial transactions within the department.
• Primarily manage and update company data on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Efficient and accurate processing of incoming mail.
• Reviewing and researching various types of documents.
• Digitizing physical documents, organizing both physical and digital files and maintaining records.
