Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Tolling Violations Processing Manager in Richmond, VA to lead violations, collections, fulfillment and mailroom operations. The role involves directing staff, ensuring KPI attainment, and coordinating with clients and third-party providers to achieve contract goals.

You will develop SOPs, monitor performance, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and reporting accuracy for DMV-related activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in customer service.
• 3 years of management experience in high-volume operations.
• Proven productivity in a team environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and oversee violations/collections, fulfillment and mailroom activities.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and third-party service providers.
• Lead the team to meet KPI goals and project milestones.
• Develop SOPs and internal controls for operations.
• Monitor performance and conduct staff evaluations.
• Prepare daily and monthly reporting and reconcile invoices.
