Job summary
Abolis Biotechnologies in Boston is seeking a VIE to support North American business development, identify opportunities and build relationships with prospective partners and clients in biotech ecosystems.
You will manage outreach, lead generation, market intelligence, and prepare pitches, while representing Abolis at trade shows and maintaining CRM records in a small, remote-friendly startup environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in biotech/engineering or life sciences with business development focus.
- Fluent English; French is a plus for coordination with teams in France.
- Experience in international environments and startup context is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and build relationships with prospective partners and clients in North America.
- Support outreach, lead generation, and qualification of prospects and industrial partners across sectors.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence for partnerships, licensing, and joint development.
- Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and technical/commercial presentations.
- Represent Abolis at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events in the US.
- Maintain and update CRM records and report on pipeline activity.
