Job summary

Based in Boston, you will fuel the pipeline with proactive outreach and nurture relationships with potential clients in the regional biotech ecosystem.

You will identify and qualify new leads, coordinate with BD Directors, and collaborate with Marketing to amplify campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or related commercial role.
• Proactive outreach and lead qualification with multi-account pipelines.
• Ability to translate scientific capabilities into compelling outreach.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and standard business tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~15% and be based in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new North American leads for the BD team.
• Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with BD Directors to prioritize accounts and coordinate outreach.
• Represent AGC Biologics at local biotech events and grow Boston presence.
• Maintain CRM records with pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-up.
