You will guide members through ITM transactions with a friendly, attentive demeanor and uncover financial needs to refer for further assistance.

Strong customer service, Spanish language aptitude, and excellent communication are required. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while ensuring accuracy
