Job summary

The SECU is seeking a Teller Services Representative to perform traditional teller duties via video ITMs across Maryland, with engaging service and attention to detail. This 90-day temporary role begins with new hire training in Linthicum, MD and offers a comprehensive total rewards package for employees working 20+ hours per week, including a 401k match, paid time off, and incentives.

You’ll help members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, while guiding them through ITM

Responsibilities

• Deliver Teller services using ITMs and video guidance.
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.
• Refer to specialists for complex needs and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail with cash handling.
• Provide friendly, curious, and caring service daily.
