Job summary

AmFirst in Birmingham is seeking a Video Teller to support members from the Downtown Birmingham Corporate Office using ITM. You will handle deposits, payments, transfers and withdrawals, verifying endorsements and IDs while following credit union policies.

The role requires professional on-camera service, accurate end-of-day balancing, and compliance with security standards. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of experience are preferred; multiple schedules are available.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable and professional on camera.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions via ITM, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Ensure endorsements and identification are obtained according to policies.
• Balance end-of-day transactions and maintain security and compliance.
• Promote Credit Union products to meet members' needs.
• Use multiple software programs simultaneously to complete transactions.
