Job summary

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma; 1–12 months preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–12 months of similar or related experience; cash handling preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process basic financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) and ensure compliance.
• Post transactions and maintain member records accurately.
• Greet members professionally and offer routine information.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with reconciling daily transactions and ATM deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
