Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or comparable education and/or experience is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a financial institution or comparable experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills that transcend a video/electronic face-to-face customer environment; must be comfortable on camera.
• Knowledge of financial institution operations and procedures; ability to interpret and understand laws and regulations.
• Requires the ability to apply strong analytical skills in reviewing data and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality customer service and operates Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) during set extended hours.
• Assists customers with ITM usage and educates them on its features to increase comfort and adoption.
• Resolves routine inquiries and refers complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Processes deposits, transfers and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Multitasks across multiple software programs while communicating with customers.
• Seeks cross-selling opportunities and refers customers to appropriate bank areas.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Performs end-of-day balancing and adheres to security, audit, and compliance policies.
• Monitors ITM and ATM cash levels and coordinates replenishment and notices.
