Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or comparable education/experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a financial institution or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for video interactions.
• Knowledge of financial institution operations and regulations.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and operate ITMs during extended hours.
• Assist customers with ITM usage and educate on its functions.
• Resolve routine problems or refer to appropriate staff.
• Process deposits, transfers, and loan payments via ITM.
• Multitask across software programs while communicating with customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to other bank areas.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and promotions.
• Balance end-of-day per procedures and maintain security/compliance.
• Monitor ITMs and ATM cash levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Monitor ATM cash and inform branches of cash status.
