Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists members via on-screen video during transactions such as deposits and inquiries.
• Educates members on ITM functionality and digital banking services.
• Offers consultative guidance to match members with suitable products and services.
• Ensure ITM cash balance and reconcile discrepancies.
• Record transactions accurately in dual software and generate receipts.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff on ITM operations.
• Maintain presentable appearance and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance member experience.
