Job summary

AmFirst is seeking an in-office Video Teller to assist members from the Downtown Birmingham Corporate Office via ITM video transmission. You will perform deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers with accuracy and courtesy, while protecting member information.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of teller or related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. This role offers multiple schedule options and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable and professional on camera for video transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions via ITM video teller system with proper endorsements and IDs.
• Handle multiple software programs simultaneously while serving more than one member.
• Provide courteous, accurate service while ensuring transaction validity.
• Balance end-of-day procedures and comply with security and regulatory requirements.
