Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience with virtual/video technology (Skype, FaceTime, Video Conf.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions via ITM with accuracy and speed.
• Explain HNB services and products to customers to meet financial needs.
• Complete file maintenance such as address changes and card limits.
• Take ownership of customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Complete required compliance and training for ITM Specialists.
• Streamline processes to improve the ITM experience.
