L&T Technology Services in the United States is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer to advance software releases across diverse video devices. You will monitor metrics, respond to field issues, and drive root-cause analysis while mentoring a small engineering team.

You will leverage C/C++, Python, Linux, and DevOps tooling, including ELK, Splunk, Grafana, and AWS services, to optimize performance, implement anomaly detection, and deliver scalable operational insights for global

Qualifications

Experience leading a small engineering team or performing a technical lead role.
Strong experience with Linux, C/C++, Python and DevOps practices.
Proficient in log management and data visualization using ELK, Splunk, Grafana.

Responsibilities

Monitor metrics and alerting systems to ensure timely and high-quality software releases across diverse devices.
Troubleshoot end-to-end issues in video devices and perform root-cause analysis.
Diagnose issues using Linux networking concepts and packet capture analysis.
Design and enhance DevOps tooling to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Leverage AWS technologies (S3, Athena, QuickSight) to analyze data from field devices and drive insights.
Develop anomaly detection techniques and data-driven solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
