Job summary

Venator Broadcast is seeking a Technical Operations Center Video Technician to monitor and maintain our video streaming services. The role emphasizes rapid incident response and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity.

The ideal candidate will have strong communications, a technical background in video, and the ability to work in a fast-paced broadcast environment. Some experience with monitoring tools and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of streaming video and broadcast workflows.

• Experience with incident management and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain TOC systems and video streams.
• Respond to on-air issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
