Applicants should have 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Primary contact for video banking communication.
• Resolve member inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and explain product features.
• Document interactions in the database.
• Recommend products to help members meet financial goals.
• Maintain professionalism and a member-centric attitude.
• Collaborate with Remote Service Professionals to improve service.
• Assist in training new employees on company policies.
• Prioritize fraud prevention, security, and accuracy.
• Adhere to policies and protocols for consistent service.
