Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of financial services experience including support or branch operations.
• Proven track record of progressed responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging member-centric service via Video Banking.
• First call resolution by assisting members and potential members with requests.
• Meet/aim for sales, cross-sell and funding goals.
• Process various complex financial transactions and educate members.
• Build relationships and solve software-related issues.
• Respond to internal and external requests via phone, email, or written correspondence.
