Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year teller and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to follow bank customer sales and service standard processes to meet goals.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience in a branch by deepening relationships and educating customers on products and services.
• Meet sales and service goals by expanding customer relationships and delivering banking solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to fulfill financial needs through lending, wealth management and treasury services.
• Champion digital delivery in-branch and promote online and mobile solutions for customers.
• Maintain customer pipeline tracking and document interactions in the engagement platform.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and identify root causes to improve processes and policies.
• Ensure proper documentation for all solutions to minimize exceptions and audits.
• Perform teller duties daily including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Protect the bank by following CTR, SAR, Reg CC and fraud mitigation procedures.
• Recognize and address fraud attempts and safeguard customer information according to policy.
• Routinely review procedures and complete self-audits with available tools.
• Represent the bank in community organizations to foster relationships for future opportunities.
• Coordinate with Retail Experience Administration and Learning & Development to stay current on products and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
