You will guide users through Park Bank’s electronic banking and card products, perform routine maintenance in the core system, update client information, and review system changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with banking or financial services preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat to address needs and issues.
• Provide step-by-step guidance through Park Bank’s ITM transactions and electronic banking features.
• Maintain accurate records and audit system changes per internal controls.
• Assist in training employees on Navigator, ITM procedures, and cross-selling.
