Job summary

Park Bank seeks an At Your Service Representative to assist clients and associates with inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email, or live chat, while guiding users through electronic banking and card product features.

You'll perform routine teller transactions, support ITM operations, and maintain accurate records, balancing cash and ensuring a courteous, on-camera experience for video interactions with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service and active listening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone voice.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or live chat promptly and accurately.
• Engage in active listening, confirm information, and diffuse upset clients.
• Analyze and report malfunctions in products and services.
• Inform clients about new features and functionalities of electronic banking and card products.
• Perform day-to-day account maintenance and updates in the core system.
• Audit and balance ITM operations and assist in ITM reporting.
• Coordinate with IT staff to resolve technology issues quickly.
• Assist with training and cross-selling for staff on PBNet and procedures.
