Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and prospects following Park Promises standards.
• Strengthen customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across banking lines of business.
• Act as the customer's personal banker and promote products and services.
• Cross-sell products and perform related clerical tasks.
• Originate and maintain customer accounts, including retail and digital products.
• Handle inquiries and complete transactions in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Support digital product adoption and internal branch operations.
• Travel within Park National footprint as required.
