Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, seeks a Victim Notification Team Lead to supervise the FBI’s CENP, VOSS and VNS initiatives. The role focuses on supervising coordinators, processing victim service requests, and ensuring accurate case documentation across systems.

The position requires a 1+ year supervisory background, a TS clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum four years of professional work experience in a related role.
At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills are essential.
Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee victim notification programs and related coordinators in a supervisory capacity.
Process requests for victim services providers and coordinate with VNS/CENP/VOSS teams.
Validate case files across multiple case management systems and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and present materials for briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
Manage staffing, hiring requirements, and day-to-day project scheduling.
