Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, seeks a Temporary Victim Notification Administrative Analyst to support FBI’s Child Exploitation Notification Program. You will assist victim services providers with administrative tasks, data maintenance, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Requires Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years’ relevant experience) and at least two years of professional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Support FBI victim services providers for administrative duties in conjunction with case management and the VNS.
• Provide administrative support to VSD VSPs; answer phone, prepare reports, track work, manage email and calendar.
• Develop and update the VNS SOP document; perform typing/word processing; create labels via mail merge and charts.
• Enter and maintain data in FBI systems and SharePoint; generate reports and monitor project status.
