Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, seeks a Victim Notification Administrative Analyst (CENP) to support the FBI’s Child Exploitation Notification Program in Washington, DC. This is a full onsite role with no telework.

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, plus strong data management and clerical skills,

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Education can be substituted with four (4) years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing similar administrative tasks to those outlined above
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a professional environment
• Work schedules vary based on client needs and may range from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM to 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. -Telework is not permitted

Responsibilities

• Support FBI victim services providers for administrative duties in conjunction with case management and the VNS.
• Provides administrative support to VSD VSPs while also supporting other headquarters VSD employees.
• Develops, writes and updates the VNS SOP document to include using the VSD SOP template.
• Provides typing/word processing support and data manipulation for reporting and correspondence.
• Opens, reviews, prioritizes and takes action on incoming mail; manages calendar and emails.
• Enter data, maintain information, and generate reports for tracking purposes.
