Dynamis is seeking a Victim Notification Team Lead at FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC. You will supervise VNS, VOSS, and CENP analysts, ensuring timely and accurate victim notification across programs, with extensive QA and SOP updates.

The role requires Top-Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree (or four years of relevant experience). Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required at proposal submission.
• Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant professional experience may substitute).
• Minimum of two years of professional work experience.
• Experience using MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VNS, VOSS, and CENP analysts in a supervisory capacity.
• Oversee the processing of victim contact information and case documentation.
• Validate and verify case files in multiple case management systems.
• Perform quality assurance and report generation when directed.
• Work with program managers to update SOPs.
• Provide robust training for new analysts.
• Provide timely feedback and remedial training to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review daily logs of data imports and facilitate corrective actions.
