Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, seeks a Victim Notification Administrative Analyst to support FBI’s Victim Notification System (VNS) and victim specialists. The role provides full administrative support, data management, and reporting functions within the VSD to ensure timely notification and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required and must be already held.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or four years of relevant experience as substitute.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Onsite Washington, D.C. work schedule; telework not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Support FBI victim services providers for administrative duties with case management and the VNS.
• Provide administrative support to VSD VSPs; answer calls, prepare reports, track work.
• Perform typing/word processing and spreadsheet tasks with minimal direction.
• Enter and maintain data, generate reports and summarize trends for review.
• Maintain confidential information and coordinate with internal/external offices as required.
• Develop and maintain electronic/manual organizational files and records.
• Assist in testing new/modified systems and training materials for VNS.
• Mentor and train new victim notification analysts.
