Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, seeks a Victim Notification Team Lead to supervise the FBI’s CENP, VOSS and VNS operations, ensuring timely notifications and accurate case handling across systems.

The role requires at least four years in a professional setting with supervisory experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office; on-site in Washington, D.C. EEO in effect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or four years of professional equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years in a professional work environment; supervisory experience required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Experience communicating program details and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VNAs/VOSS and CENPs in a supervisory capacity.
• Coordinate requests for VSD victim services providers and assist coordinators.
• Validate and verify case files across multiple case management systems.
• Provide on-the-job training to new victim notification analysts.
• Manage team scheduling, hiring requirements, and project deadlines.
