Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC is seeking a Victim Notification Team Lead to oversee the FBI’s CENP, VOSS, and VNS programs in a supervisory capacity. The role includes managing case files, coordinating with VNS and program coordinators, and ensuring timely victim notifications while guiding a team of analysts.

The position requires strong supervisory and analytical skills, top-secret clearance, and the ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years experience can substitute education.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams to deliver results.
• Experience presenting to varied audiences and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VNAs/VOSS and CENPs in a supervisory capacity.
• Fulfills requests for VSD victim services providers.
• Assist VNS, CENP, VOSS coordinators and management; validate case documentation.
• Provide on-the-job training to new victim notification analysts.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, and resource allocation for the team.
