Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC seeks a Victim Notification Team Lead to supervise the FBI’s CENP, VOSS, and VNS projects. The role focuses on managing victim contact data, case documentation, and verification across systems while guiding coordinators and management.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in a professional setting with supervisory experience, excellent communication, and MS Office expertise. Onsite work in Washington, DC is required with a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be onsite in Washington D.C.
• Active Top-Secret clearance required; sponsorship not provided
• Bachelor’s Degree required; four years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu
• Minimum four years in a professional setting; one year supervisory experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Proficient in producing written documentation and handling multiple projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel 2008 or newer

Responsibilities

• Oversee VNAs/VOSS and CENPs in a supervisory capacity
• Process requests for victim services providers
• Assist VNS coordinator, CENP coordinator, VOSS coordinator and management
• Oversee victim contact information processing and case documentation
• Validate and verify case files across multiple systems
• Provide QA, report generation, and VNS account setup after approval
• Present at briefings, meetings, and trainings as needed
• Review weekly reports and update SOPs
• Train new victim notification analysts
• Manage contractors, hiring, and daily scheduling
• Coordinate AWS requests and attendance reporting
• Ensure cohesive team operation and customer satisfaction
• Hold regular staff meetings and address issues promptly
