Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC seeks a Temporary Victim Notification Administrative Analyst (CENP) to support FBI’s Child Exploitation Notification Program. Responsibilities include case management support, data entry, report generation, and SOP development, with an emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of related experience), and 2+ years in admin work; on-site in Washington, DC, with no telework.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required at start.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years related admin experience.
• 2+ years in a professional admin role dealing with case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for FBI victim services providers and case management.
• Handle reports, mail, calendars, emails with confidentiality.
• Draft SOPs and assist with system training and testing.
• Enter data into FBI systems (Sentinel, SharePoint) and generate reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and liaise with clients.
