Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC is seeking a Temporary Victim Notification Administrative Analyst to support FBI’s Child Exploitation Notification Program. The role involves administrative duties, data management, and liaison with victim services providers to ensure timely notifications and compliance.

Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance, possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and be prepared to work onsite in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a professional environment.
• Onsite work in Washington D.C.; telework is not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to FBI victim services providers and HQ staff.
• Prepare reports, manage emails, track workload, and maintain schedules.
• Develop and update VNS SOPs and use SAP/SharePoint for data management.
• Enter, organize and report data from FBI systems and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and communicate with internal/external clients.
