Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, seeks a Victim Notification Administrative Analyst (VOSS) to support FBI’s Victim Outreach. This role provides full-service administrative support to victim services providers and helps maintain data accuracy in FBI systems.

Active Top Secret clearance and onsite work in Washington D.C. are required; telework is not permitted. Final salary determined by skill, qualifications, and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Active Top Secret clearance. Applicants must already hold this clearance; sponsorship cannot be provided by the employer.
• Education can be substituted with four (4) years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing similar administrative tasks to those outlined above.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a professional environment.
• Work schedules vary based on client needs and may range from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM to 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM; onsite in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

• Support FBI victim services providers for administrative duties in conjunction with case management.
• Interact and collaborate with FBI personnel (including Executive Management).
• Provide mentorship and training to new victim notification analysts.
• Provide administrative support to VSD VSPs and HQ VSD employees; manage phones, reports, emails, calendars.
