Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for product roadmap deliverables across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations leaders to define readiness strategy.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end client journeys and implement scalable readiness plans.
• Establish governance and manage complex readiness workstreams with stakeholders.
• Oversee user acceptance testing including test strategy, coverage, and defect management.
• Prepare concise executive updates and readiness reporting using JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and QuickSight.
• Drive programs that improve transparency, client experience, control, and execution.
• Champion responsible AI adoption to streamline workflows and decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and promote consistent standards.
