Job summary

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas seeks a Vice President of Trade Processing to lead a team, oversee processing operations, and ensure risk metrics are met in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.

The role collaborates with Global Markets teams in London and Bengaluru, reviews syndicated loan documents, and maintains robust risk controls across the loan portfolio while coordinating with agent banks and internal groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience assessing operational risks, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience interfacing with trading counterparties, clients & custodians, and escalating high-risk issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and oversee processes and performance.
• Oversee multiple deliverables in a time-sensitive environment.
• Meet KRIs and risk metrics as outlined by management.
• Collaborate with Global Markets teams in London and Bengaluru.
• Review complex loan documents for syndicated bank loan portfolios and risk management.
• Handle regulatory reporting related to bank loans.
• Resolve cash and position discrepancies with agent banks.
• Communicate with external counterparts and internal stakeholders.
