Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a operations professional to support the launch and ongoing readiness of the correspondent banking business. You will manage complex payment and account-servicing matters, coordinate across Product, Engineering and Compliance, and ensure an exceptional client experience for financial institutions.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, process discipline and the use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency while maintaining strict controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management or client service.
• Experience supporting correspondent banking and servicing bank/financial institution clients.
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments, investigations and exception management.
• Proven track record of service excellence with proactive communication and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience applying AI, automation or digital tools to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational-readiness deliverables across service design, procedures, controls and go-live activities.
• Own client inquiries end to end with clear communication and timely closure.
• Resolve domestic and cross-border payments, accounts and servicing matters promptly.
• Maintain risk controls and escalate issues through designated channels.
• Leverage approved AI/data tools to improve triage, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate globally to ensure scalable service and knowledge sharing.
• Support launch and growth of the correspondent banking service model.
