Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President to join the Operations Enablement team in Transaction Banking. You will drive readiness for product roadmaps, partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance, and oversee end-to-end client journeys and governance across multiple teams in Dallas.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic thinking, and proven ability to manage complex initiatives with AI governance and strong analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant professional experience in operations, project management, business analysis, or financial services.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to drive decisions without direct authority.
• Advanced project governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting across multiple streams.
• Ability to translate product strategy and client journeys into scalable operational readiness plans.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, test strategy, coverage, coordination, defect management, and readiness recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for Transaction Banking product roadmap before go-live.
• Serve as a senior Operations partner to Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance; define readiness strategy.
• Understand end-to-end client journeys to anticipate impacts across teams and processes.
• Establish governance and lead complex readiness workstreams with milestones and risk management.
• Oversee UAT strategy, participation, defect management, and readiness decisions.
• Produce executive updates and readiness reporting using JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and QuickSight.
• Lead programs that improve operational transparency, client experience, control effectiveness, and execution discipline.
• Champion responsible AI adoption with governance and risk controls; identify high-value use cases.
• Mentor junior staff and promote consistent standards across the team.
