Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the design and delivery of our global total rewards programs. You will use data, responsible AI, and automation to scale decisions, improve employee experience, and drive efficiency across our organization.

Qualifications

10+ years in total rewards, compensation, and benefits in a global tech setting.
Strong knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory requirements.
Experience with equity programs and private equity environments is preferred.
Proven ability to design and deliver total rewards strategies that drive business results.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and manage competing priorities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills across diverse audiences.
Judgment to balance strategic leadership with hands-on contributions when needed.

Responsibilities

Set a global total rewards strategy that aligns with business goals and local requirements.
Lead executive compensation analysis and prepare materials for the Board.
Manage and align equity programs with the broader compensation framework.
Design, evaluate, and deliver base pay, variable pay, equity, and recognition programs.
Lead global benefits evaluation and management for health, retirement, and other programs.
Advance total rewards technology, analytics, and workflow automation.
Build and develop a global Total Rewards team and promote cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Legal.
