Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
• Ten years of experience in business transformation with leadership roles.
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B; finance/insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with divisional leaders to focus on high-value enterprise initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Drives data-driven decision making and change management across units.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and ensures continuous improvement.
